I had the fine expeerience of seeing Andrew Peterson Monday evening at Lifepoint Church. What an amazing evening, as usual Andrew was very personal and transparent..one of the things that I love about him and his music is that you always leave the experience thinking about Jesus and just how much we need him.
One of the highlights of the show for me was the song Invisible God, it was written for a woman who contracted AIDS and is in and out of a coma, upon hearing this song in one of her more lucid moments, she wrote the words, "I believe in the invisible God" what an encouragement, that someone who is experiencing great suffering can write such words of hope and know that this is not all there is, there is indeed more.
It was a wonderful evening of great songs and great reminders that the invisible God is present and very aware of his children, thank you Andrew..I needed that reminder!
